PRODUCTION DESIGN + WEB CREATION
JUSTICE FOR JANITORS
For the Justice for Janitors campaign, I developed a cohesive visual identity and suite of materials that amplified the voices of workers—many of whom face language barriers and systemic inequities. I created multiple printed pieces, brochures, and digital assets, along with web design and UX/UI solutions, all carefully aligned with the union’s existing branding. The goal was to make the campaign’s message clear, accessible, and empowering, supporting a major push for higher wages and better conditions in an industry where workers are too often unheard. Some campaigns, such as the “10 Paid Sick Days” campaign in British Columbia contributed to broader provincial change, resulting in the implementation of five paid sick days for workers across BC regardless of tenure.
